J.P. received his Bachelor's Degree from Salisbury University Majoring in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organization Psychology. He was a collegiate athlete and served as team captain of his College Baseball Team. After college, JP served in the Army with the 290thMPCo being honorably discharged in 2003. JP received the Meritorious Service Medal and Army Achievement Medal after responding with his Unit to the Pentagon following the terrorist attacks on 9/11. JP attended The University of the Rockies where he received his Master's Degree in Sport & Performance Psyhoclogy achieving a 4.00 GPA and induction to the Golden Key Honor Society.
J.P. started a
Baseball Academy in 2014 focusing on the performance psychology of atheletes, and was recruited in 2018 to work as a Master Resiliency Trainer and Performance Expert with Army Basic Comat Training Units at Fort Jackson as well as the Drill Sergeant Academy. In 2021, J.P. went on to work with the Air Force helping train fighter pilots at Columbus Air Force Base before taking up an academic position in Florida where he now calls home.
